running + shopping = sore legs!
So the "in-laws" are in town, and I'm trying to be good with my workouts...and did manage to get to the gym this morning to run on the treadmill. I did 2.5 miles and then hit the weights, and did an ab workout too. Oxygen magazine printed a great workout a few issues ago called Bootcamp Abs, and it was great!!!
So after the gym, we all headed downtown to do some shopping, and tour the city a bit. My legs got their workout today!!! They are feeling soooo sore, but I'm glad they're getting pushed to new limits, as running this Half-Marathon will be daunting.
Soooo tired, gonna do some more cross training tomorrow and hit the pool again.
